It is the intention of JW Kitchen Fitting to provide all customers with an exceptional level of service that surpasses all customer expectations. All staff and contractors will strive to complete all works on or ahead of time and to exceed or meet all known industry standards.
All staff and contractors will endeavour at all times to be punctual, polite, courteous and respectful of the customer, the customer’s family and property, and, will respect all neighbours’, neighbours’ property, the neighbourhood and any other third party during the installation, whilst acting in a friendly yet professional manor without exception.
We will listen to and honour the customer’s needs and ensure that all services are customised to suit the customer circumstances. We will listen to and respond to all questions as quickly as possible, giving accurate and concise answers with full clarity.
JW Kitchen Fitting and any supplied contractors will work closely with the customer, customer’s supplier, customer supplied trades or any third party involved in the installation. We will at all times treat customer supplied trades with maximum professional courtesy and build a healthy working relationship for the customers benefit.
We will at all times keep the customer fully informed of progress, advising the customer fully of when and how long they will be without services. We will take every care to ensure all services are reinstated at the earliest possible opportunity, as is reasonable practicable.
