OUR PRICING POLICY
JW Kitchen Fitting has a strong belief that all customers should be treated as equals, with respect and with the freedom to choose. Under no circumstances we will employ a hard sales approach, simply undertake to offer an honest, fair and clear quoting process on all goods and services, consistent for all customers, all day, every day, all year round.
“It is an integral part of our business structure that we will under no circumstances employ the use of hard sales tactics. Choosing your Kitchen and/or fitter is a huge decision, and our customers deserve the right to choose in their own time, at their own pace and without excessive pressure.”
Our “Retail Prices” are based on the “Recommended Retail Prices (RRP)”, established by our suppliers and taken directly from their price lists. The RRP prices are largely based on current market trends and will never be artificially inflated or manipulated to reflect misleading discount levels.
We will never enter into a sales period, whereby excessive discounts are offered, but consistently apply the same level of discounts for every customer, irrespective of the size of the prospective order or customer status. ***
***JW Kitchen Fitting reserve the right to offer additional discounts on friends and family orders, or orders for customers with charitable status***
From time to time, our suppliers may offer additional discounts for a limited time and on a limited range of products. JW Kitchen Fitting reserve the right to pass any additional discounts onto the customer at our discretion.
Our view is that for a customer to make an informed decision, they must have all the information they need. As a result, we will only enter into quotations and will not undertake estimates or day rate/hourly quotes, as these can be very ambiguous and hard to budget for customers. Quotes issued to customers are all fully itemised, detailing each individual line along with the RRP and Discounted Retail Price where applicable.
Installation quotes will always be supported by a “Non-Obtrusive Home Survey” with each activity detailed individually within the customer quotation. Under normal circumstances, the home survey will isolate nearly all aspects of the installation. From time to time, items do occur that cannot be identified during the home survey or additional items may be requested by the customer. In this event, the customer will be quoted at the earliest possible opportunity and on their approval, these items added to the customer quote/order.
Unfortunately, due the current fluctuations in the market, all our quotes do have to be time limited. You quote will normally be valid for a period of three months but there can be exceptions to this. Those exceptions are normally down to building materials as the raw materials are rapidly changing at present.
We simply will not employ hard sale tactics; however, we do follow up on quotes. This is normally a quick phone call or email to see where you are on your decision. Whichever way you choose to go, you can be rest assured that we will respect your answer, with no pressure applied and just wishing you all the best.
